Our store is open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. We're planning to operate 24 hours soon to better serve our customers.

6. How many items can I order?

You can order as many items as you like, as long as the total weight and volume are safe for our drivers to deliver. Whether it's a small grocery list or a full pantry restock, we've got you covered.

7. Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, we charge a $4.95 delivery fee for orders under $25. Delivery is free for orders of $25 or more.

8. What areas do you deliver to?

Currently, we offer delivery within Downtown Vancouver. We plan to expand our delivery areas in the future, so stay tuned!

9. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can modify your order within a short window after placing it. Please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. To cancel, reach out to our customer service team whether your order has been delivered or not, and they’ll give you all the options. We’ll always do our best to help.

10. What if a product I ordered is out of stock?

We only list items that are in stock at the time of your order. In the rare case that a product becomes unavailable, our support team will contact you promptly to resolve the issue.

11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through our app. Currently, we do not accept Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Yes, our riders keep 100% of the tip. We don't take any portion of it, so feel free to give generously if you’re happy with the service.
